Residents in Hale Center spent the Saturday, "Celebrating the Protectors of the Free."

This is the town's 59th year to celebrate the birthday of our nation as well as honor those who protect it. Celebrations dedicated to our nation also took place in New Deal Saturday. Festivities included a parade, as well as food, games, and music.
