Twenty three-year-old Tanya Hand tested for her black belt in a rare Israeli form of self defense Saturday at Tiger Clay's Premeir Martial Arts here in Lubbock. She has been training for the past 3 years to accomplish what only 3% of all martial arts students ever do, and that's receive their first degree black belt. The test Tanya went through is known to be one of the most difficult black belt exams in existence; she did receive her black belt.
