Suspects Sought In Sonic Robbery

Lubbock police are searching for a pair of bandits after they robbed a Sonic employee at gun point Thursday night. It happened at the 34th and Avenue S location, just before 11:30 last night.

According to police, the men threatened the 16-year-old car-hop with a black handgun. They then grabbed her apron, took her money, and fled on foot.

The suspects are described as two Hispanic men in their 20's. They were last seen running down an alley nearby. If you have any information please call Crime Line at (806) 741-1000.
