The Three Hour Diet

Imagine being able to eat whatever you want and still lose weight.  That is the promise of the Three Hour Diet, approved by doctors at Yale.

Nadine Kaylor lost forty pounds on the Three Hour Diet, a diet that actually lets you eat carbohydrates, fat, and sugar.  A diet developed in this best seller by fitness guru Jorge Cruise.

It's called the Three Hour Diet because you have to eat, every three hours. "What happens is you constantly reset your metabolism, and when you reset your metabolism, your metabolism gets stronger, it gets better and you  burn fat at the rate of two pounds a week.   Week after week, two pounds of belly fat first, then obviously other areas, but the belly is first," says Jorge.

But jorge says when you don't eat, your body goes into starvation mode.  "Your body, when it's in that mode, will cannibalize your lean muscle tissue, and lean muscle is your metabolism."

Jorge's plan is the same for every meal; protein, carbs, fats, and fruits or veggies.   So for breakfast, a ham and cheese omelet, bread, and lots of fruit.  Three hours later, a pria bar.   Three hours later, a lunch of beef enchilada, rice, and a salad with regular dressing.   Three hours later, a snack like fruit or a few cookies.   Three hours later, dinner; salmon, rice, veggies, and three hours later, dessert, like chocolate mousse. Jorge Cruiz says, "So the beauty of this plan is you end the day with something sweet. I recommend chocolate."

Plus, 8 glasses of water a day.   Eat on time to lose weight.
