It's called the Three Hour Diet because you have to eat, every three hours. But jorge says when you don't eat, your body goes into starvation mode. "Your body, when it's in that mode, will cannibalize your lean muscle tissue, and lean muscle is your metabolism."
Jorge's plan is the same for every meal; protein, carbs, fats, and fruits or veggies. So for breakfast, a ham and cheese omelet, bread, and lots of fruit. Three hours later, a pria bar. Three hours later, a lunch of beef enchilada, rice, and a salad with regular dressing. Three hours later, a snack like fruit or a few cookies. Three hours later, dinner; salmon, rice, veggies, and three hours later, dessert, like chocolate mousse. Jorge Cruiz says, "So the beauty of this plan is you end the day with something sweet. I recommend chocolate."
