CENTRAL TEXAS (KXXV) -

Josh Abbott Band has canceled all shows in Central Texas shows this weekend, including the Heart O' Texas Fair & Rodeo on Oct. 7.

An Extraco Events Center spokesperson said Adam Hood will be performing instead.

The HOT Fair previously said the band will perform after their concert in Las Vegas where the mass shooting happened

Some members of the band were present during the shooting that killed at least 58 people and wounded over 500.

“I think there would be questions, are we ready to play? Are you guys able to go up there and perform a show for the fans or are you going to be up there dreading it the whole time worried that someone out there is going to be a shooter?” Abbott said.
