City Council Recognizes World Changers - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A number of kids are trying to change the World and Thursday morning the Lubbock City Council recognized their efforts. The World Changers are a Christian group of nearly 200 teenagers. All this week, they are renovating homes for low income people and the elderly in Lubbock.
