Wind Turbine Assembly Continues In East Lubbock - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

If you haven't noticed it yet, you will soon. Once it's assembled, a 23 story wind turbine will change the Lubbock sky line.

Workers installed the base of the turbine at the American Wind Power Center in East Lubbock Thursday. Workers plan to turn it on at 10am, Saturday morning. Then, it will power the entire windmill center and up to 60 homes.
