McDougal Cuts Ribbon and Announces Overton Businesses

On Thursday, McDougal Companies cut the ribbon to The Centre at Overton, which included the apartments. Residents have already moved in. McDougal expects full capacity by the time school starts.

McDougal did not name chain corporations during the ribbon cutting ceremony. Delbert McDougal says that announcement will come in 30-45 days. “At this point, we don't want to put out any information that could change,” said McDougal.

City Bank is already open. The businesses that are moving in are Lindsey’s Day Spa, TCBY, Always Tan, 10-20 Boutique, Red and Black Bookstore and Cellular One. They will open in two weeks.
