Lubbock City Council Approves Zoning For Vintage Township

The goal is to create a safe neighborhood where you can walk to schools and stores safely.

Vintage Township is breaking ground on this one-of-a kind neighborhood in September. Lubbock City Council unanimously approved the zoning package for the neighborhood Thursday.

The new development will be located South of 114 Street between Quaker Avenue and Slide Road.
