Traffic Accident On East 19th Street - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A motorcyclist is being treated for serious injuries Sunday after he was hit by a car in Lubbock. Lubbock police say the driver of a Ford Focus was headed east on 19th Street when she attempted to turn left onto Elkhart, didn't see the motorcycle, and ran into it.

The motorcyclist was not wearing a helmet and suffered serious injuries. He was taken to UMC. The driver of the car had minor injuries.
