President Appoints TTU Law Professor To Serve Administration - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A Texas Tech Law Professor will be the nation's first Chief Counsel for the Research and Innovative Technology Administration.

President Bush appointed Victoria Sutton to the position Tuesday. Sutton currently serves as the Director of Texas Tech's Center for Bio Defense Law and Public Policy. She will take a year of leave from the university beginning September 1st.
