Smoke Forces Evacuation of Lubbock A-J

It usually reports the news, but Thursday night the Lubbock Avalanche Journal is making the news.

Employees evacuated the A-J building at 710 Avenue J Thursday afternoon when smoke filled parts of the building. Firefighters believe an air compressor caught fire.

No one was injured.
