DALLAS (KTVT/CNN) - One woman was taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries after an SUV crashed into a house in Dallas on Wednesday. The accident happened just before noon.

Three people inside the home were hit by the vehicle after it came through the wall.

There were two people in the vehicle, police said, and the driver took off, but later returned and was taken to the hospital. Police said she was later released, arrested and charged with failure to stop and render aid, KTVT reported. 
 
Police said the vehicle appeared to be speeding, but eventually came to rest in the living room. Three of five people in the home were children.
