The woman who claims a Lubbock Police officer coerced her into a sex act now wants the City of Lubbock to pay, but the city has filed its motion to dismiss the suit.
Rebecca Hernandez is suing the city for negligence in connection to a traffic stop last June. Hernandez says she performed a sexual act at Officer Blake Littlejohn's request. The city says they are not accountable in this case.
Littlejohn pleaded guilty to harassment and is now serving one year probation. He also surrendered his peace officer license.
