LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) - Detectives with the Lubbock Police Department are searching for a man who robbed the Nothin' Butt Smokes at 3002 34th Street twice.

The first robbery happened on Dec. 24. According to the police report, the man walked into the building and walked directly to the cash register and demanded money. He then pulled out a black handgun, but the magazine fell out of the handgun. He took the money and left, and was seen riding a bicycle in an alley near the store.

The second robbery happened on Jan. 7. The police report says the man walked into the building, demanded all of the money from the register while showing a black handgun in his waistline. He took the money and left.

Police say during both robberies, the suspect is seen riding a bicycle in an alley near the store. He was also carrying a white and black backpack.

The suspect is described as a white male with green eyes, approximately 5'08" to 6'00" tall. If you have any information, please call Crime Line at (806) 741-1000. Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward.
