Lubbock Police say he used a kitchen knife to stab his wife to death. Now, Timothy Uddley will go to trial. A Lubbock Grand Jury indicted Uddley Tuesday for the murder of Andrea Mendoza Uddley.

He's accused of killing her during an argument on July 31st. The couple was estranged at the time.
