Appeals Court Rules In Favor Of Student In Lawsuit Against TTU

Texas Tech will go to trial for alleged discrimination against a handicapped student.

The University was trying to get a lawsuit dismissed but Monday the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans ruled the lawsuit will stand. Elaine King-Miller went blind from a degenerative eye condition and sued tech, saying it failed to accommodate her disability.
