The Lubbock City Council is set to vote on a proposed tax rate, but they want to hear from you first.

You can voice your concerns at a public hearing tomorrow morning at 8 a.m. The second hearing is August 25th at 7:30 a.m. Both hearings are at City Hall in council chambers.
