Last time the Injury Prevention Coalition checked only 16-percent of Lubbock children were riding safely in their car or booster seats.
So Saturday, the Injury Prevention Coalition and AMBUCS will be checking car seats for free again. Just stop by the Wal-Mart on South Loop 289 and Quaker. Volunteers will be there from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. You need to bring both your child and the car seat.
