A reward is now being offered for information leading to the arrest of an escaped inmate.

The Texas Rangers, DPS Troopers and authorities from Dickens, Garza and Spur County are looking for Tommy Pina. He scaled a ten foot razor wire fence and escaped from the Dickens County Jail Thursday afternoon. He then stole a truck and a shotgun from a nearby house. Pina is a 29-year-old Hispanic male. He is six-one, 170 pounds. He has tattoos on his chest, left leg and shoulder. Pina was last seen driving a stolen black Chevy truck. It's a crew cab with a ranch grill in front, Texas license plate 57LTS2. Pina is considered armed and dangerous.

If you see him, don't approach him. Call the Texas Rangers at 472-2884 or call the Dickens County Sheriff's Department at 623-5533. A $250 reward is being offered.
