Councilman Wants Sex Offenders To Wear Ankle Bracelets

One Lubbock City Councilman wants to make sure you can recognize a sex offender just by looking. Gary Boren is proposing ankle bracelets for registered sex offenders.

"Lock them up and keep them off the streets, if you're not going to be able to do that, next we need to put ankle bracelets and track GPS to know where they're at at all times." said Councilman Boren.

Boren will suggest the city council draft a resolution to present to state lawmakers.
