A Dickens County inmate's four day run from the law is over.

Tommy Pina led authorities on a high speed chase across two counties Sunday afternoon. The 35-year-old allegedly stole a truck from Lubbock and drove it to Post. That's where Garza County deputies spotted him and followed him to Kent County at speeds up to 110 miles an hour. Pina ran several vehicles off the road before crashing near the intersection of FM 1081 and County Road 222.

Pina is now back at the Dickens County Corrections Center where he is awaiting charges. You'll recall Pina escaped from the jail last Thursday by climbing a ten foot razor wire fence.

Authorities say he stole a truck and gun from a nearby resident. They found that truck Saturday in Kent County.
