Early Voting Begins Wednesday In Wolfforth Alcohol Election

Wolfforth voters will head to the polls Wednesday to decide the likelihood of alcohol sales in their city.

A group called "Responsible Citizens For Economic Development" petitioned for the election, in an effort to legalize on-site alcohol sales in Wolfforth. They believe it will help bring a minor league baseball team to the area. Early voting starts at the Wolfforth City Hall, at 8 a.m. Wednesdsay. It continues through September 6th. However, the polls will be closed on weekends and Labor Day. Election day will be September 10th.
