TX-DOT Warns Drivers Of Major Changes On West Loop - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

You've been driving through construction along the Marsha Sharp Freeway for months now, but Thursday that will all change.

Starting Thursday, you will be able to drive under and over Brownfield Highway. Tx-DOT crews will open Brownfield Highway at West Loop 289. A signal will control traffic. The loop above Brownfield Highway will also open from 34th Street to just South of 50th. Temporary turnarounds will be closed. Tx-DOT urges you to slow down and pay close attention to these changes.
