The No. 3 Red Raider baseball team stays red hot and undefeated on the season after beating No. 11 South Alabama in a doubleheader, Saturday afternoon.
In game one, the Red Raiders posted a 14-2 victory over South Alabama.
Texas Tech put together a 16-hit performance, where they had seven players record multi-hit bids at the plate.
John McMillon picked up the win, after tossing five innings with five strikeouts.
In game two of the doubleheader, the Red Raiders beat South Alabama 5-2.
Dylan Dusek got the start for Texas Tech, but it was Ty Harpenau that picked up the win.
The Red Raiders will go for the sweep of the South Alabama Jaguars tomorrow at 1 p.m.
