Southcrest Christian Girls rallies to win TAPPS 2A State Title

(KCBD) - Playing in the TAPPS State Tournament for the first time ever, the Southcrest Christian girls made a massive comeback to beat Shriner St. Paul 45-39 and win the State Championship.

Southcrest Christian trailed 24-13 at the half and 32-22 after 3, but they outscored St. Paul 23-7 in the 4th to win the Title.

Coached by Clay Stoudt, Southcrest Christian finishes the season 17-4 and State Champs.
