Lubbock Man Receives Probation Following Guilty Verdict Of Deadly Conduct

A man accused of pointing a gun at a Lubbock Police officer will not go jail.

Thursday, a jury sentenced Domingo Arguellez to two years probation after finding him guilty of deadly conduct. Arguellez was initially charged with a first degree felony of aggravated assault on a public servant. Police say he pointed a gun at an officer during a standoff last August.
