LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

A man is wanted for fraud after allegedly stealing a woman's credit card and using it to make multiple purchases around stores in Lubbock.

The woman who suspects her card was stolen reported she was shopping at a Walmart and thinks she left her wallet in a shopping cart, according to a Lubbock Police Department police report. The alleged victim noticed there were numerous transactions made on the card after it was said to have been stolen.

Some of the retail stores include the Cardinal's Sports Center and the Hobby Lobby on Slide Road. One of the manager's at Cardinal's said he noticed the suspect go into the store and act suspicious when making numerous, separate purchases.

Surveillance footage from the store even shows the suspect coming into the store multiple times and making the separate purchases. That footage also showed two other suspects who were riding in a car with the man.

Officers also spoke to management at the Hobby Lobby store, who said they noticed the suspect along with another man went into the store and made large purchases.

LPD has not released a full suspect description but was only able to obtain screenshots of the surveillance video from Cardinal's. LPD is asking anyone with information to contact them at Crime Line at (806)741-1000.
