2,500-acre fire in Cochran County now 100 percent contained

COCHRAN COUNTY, TX (KCBD) -

The Texas A&M Forest Service says the 2,500-acre fire in Cochran County, about 15 miles west of Sundown and south of Whiteface, is 100 percent contained as of 8:20 p.m.

The fire is on FM 1585 at the Beggs Ranch. There are multiple fire crews on the scene.
