Inmates Treated for Injuries in Prison Disturbance - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

An investigation is underway at the Giles W. Dalby correctional facility in Post. Investigators are trying to determine how and why a disturbance occurred between inmates Sunday night. Several inmates were injured and one was treated at University Medical Center in Lubbock. Some members of the staff also were treated for minor injuries on site. Officials say the disturbance was never a security breach nor was the public in any danger.
