A liquid filled watch could be extremely dangerous to your children. The band contains liquid petroleum distillates. If punctured, the band could leak and irritate a child's mouth or throat if swallowed. The water watches were sold exclusively at Dollar General stores from March 2005 through July 2005 for $2. The watches are made of clear plastic with white snaps. The watch bands have clear glitter-filled liquid and colored liquid inside including pink, blue, red and yellow. Consumers should immediately take these watches away from young children and return the watches to the store where purchased for a refund or contact the firm at 1-800-251-2522.
The plastic flower on the sandal can snap off easily. The sandals were sold at Gymboree stores nationwide from May 2005 through July 2005. The recall includes the Caroline Flower sandal number 140-00-20-69 sold in sizes one to eight. Only sandal numbers with the following sku number are recalled: 140002069. Finally, sitting at the kid's table for dinner could be dangerous. Three companies are recalling children's folding chairs. These chairs by Fourstar Group Inc. can collapse or fold unexpectedly. The recalled kid’s folding chairs are made of metal tubing with a vinyl padded seat and seat back. They were sold in red, blue, yellow, green, pink, and lavender solid colors. They also come in pink with “princess” printed in red on the seat and seat back along with stars, crowns and hearts, or in blue with pictures of basketballs, soccer balls, footballs, football helmets, and roller blades.
