LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

17-year-old Malachi Peppers was indicted by a Lubbock Grand Jury on Tuesday, charged with aggravated robbery of a Valero store back on Dec. 30.

The police report says Peppers and another suspect entered the store while the clerk was restocking cups, put a shotgun in his face and demanded that he open the cash drawer.

When the clerk did not immediately comply, the second suspect yelled, "If you don't do it, he'll shoot you!"

Police say the suspects took the money and ran out on foot in the 5100 block of Avenue U.
