City May Call Election for George W. Bush Library

The decision to bring the George W. Bush Library to Lubbock may end up in the hands of the voters. On Tuesday afternoon, Lubbock City Council members decided a bond election may be the best way to fund the project.

Organizers tell us it could cost between $200 and $300 million. The city council will vote on the possible election, in a special meeting this Friday.
