John York is Paducah’s new head football coach

PADUCAH, TX (KCBD) -

John York is the new head football coach at Paducah. 

He takes over a Dragon team that went 2-8 under David Donnell, who retired after the season.

York has coached at Follett, which included a trip to the State Finals and Water Valley.

York is the 4th coach in the last 5 years for the Dragons, who are fired up to have an experienced coach like John York leading them.

    After a 9-6 loss Thursday night to Florida that eliminated them from the College World Series, the Texas Tech baseball team flew back to Lubbock Friday afternoon and bussed back to Rip Griffin Park, where fans were waiting to say thank you for another terrific season.
