It might be October before two local high school administrators recover from Friday.
Last year, Mr. Navrkal, Lubbock Cooper High School principal, and the Assistant Principal Mr.Paschall promised to shave their heads if students earned a "recognized" TAKS rating. Not only did students achieve that, they were the only 3A, 4A or 5A high school in Region 17 to receive a recognized rating.
Friday, the two paid the price for their promise by going "bald".
