The housing of Hurricane Katrina survivors at Reese Center is causing American State Bank to change it's 9-11 tribute.
For the past two years, Kastman Park has been considered the healing field. 1,000 flags have been put up to honor 9-11 victims and first responders. On Tuesday, ASB decided to move its tribute to Reese Center to honor Hurricane Katrina survivors as well.
The tribute is Sunday from three to five and the public is invited.
