Lubbock Grand Jury To Hear Testimony In Mallory Case Wednesday - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A Lubbock Grand Jury will return to the Lubbock County Courthouse to hear testimony in the death investigation of Thomas Mallory.

Last week, the grand jury requested more time to decide if any criminal charges should be filed in the teenager's death. Several subpoenas were sent out and those people are expected to testify Tuesday. The teenager died of an Ecstasy overdose in June. The grand jury hearing is to determine if anyone else contributed to that death.
