Lubbock Agency Hired To Coordinate Flights For Hurricane Survivors InTexas

You may have noticed the number of survivors at Reese Center is decreasing.

408 people arrived in Lubbock on Sunday. But, since then 160 have left to be with family members. FEMA has hired National Travel Systems to help coordinate those departures. "There are some remaining people there that may wish to go somewhere. So, we'll begin with in earnest with them tomorrow," said Richard Cooper, President of National Travel Systems.

Because of the high number of people leaving, luggage is needed for survivors. You can donate medium to large usable luggage at any Goodwill store.
