She's meeting with fans, motivating them through the course out there and signing autographs. She's proud of the Ninja Way.

"That's what Ninja is about - overcoming obstacles. There's opportunity to do that here. You can come out and don't know where you are going to start at, but where you'll finish at is definitely a place of empowerment."

Throne is in her 4th season of Ninja Warriors. American Ninja Warrior can be seen on KCBD NewsChannel 11 at 7 p.m. Wednesday nights.

Maggi will be seen in the Minneapolis Region this season. She's confident after a terrific run in the Kansas City Finals last season. You can see that run here:

She is super proud of her efforts last season.

"Making it to the Finals in Kansas City is just astronomically exciting. I've worked really hard. I've stayed committed and dedicated. Place like this, Obstacle Warrior Kids has helped me on my journey."
