Bayer CropScience Boosts Littlefield Economy

If you're a farmer or a producer, you've probably heard of Bayer Crop Science. It's a global provider of crop solutions, products and services.

Bayer Crop Science is located in Littlefield. In February, Bayer acquired Associated Farmers Delinting to help bolster the U.S. cotton market. Bayer CropScience Operations Manager Randy McLarty says, "It ensures the producer that he gets the most quality seed he can plant that's on the market today."

The Littlefield company sells 5,000 bags of cotton seed to producers nationwide.
