Lubbock Clerk Fights Back To Save Store From Robbery

Injured and bleeding..that's how a convenience store clerk left a robbery suspect who pushed his way into the register area.

It happened at the EZ Mart at 3908 Avenue Q, Friday August 26th. Watch as the clerk struggles with the robbery suspect... He's able to push him and get him on the ground, eventually in a lock. When the suspect is on his back, he tells the clerk, he just wants money, because he's a crackhead.

The clerk and the suspect grab onto each other and eventually the clerk lets the suspect go out the front door. The suspect didn't get away with any money. He's described as a white male with brown hair, 6'1" to 6'3" with a thin build, around 170 lbs with a mustache. He was injured in the fight, he was bleeding and lost one of his white "Nike Air" tennis shoes, size 11.
