Every time you drive, you may be driving across a piece or several pieces of Denver City.
State Rubber and Environmental Solutions opened up a little over a year ago in Denver City. The plant takes rubber tires, shreds them, grinds them up, removes the fiber and steel and turns into what almost looks like a fine dust or talcum powder. It's then blended to make asphalt, athletic tracks, equestrian arenas and much more.
