A Levelland man now faces charges for the death of his girlfriend's infant. Wednesday, a Hockley County grand jury indicted 23-year old Francisco Vustan for murder One year old Melanie Rodriguez died of blunt force trauma to the neck and spine in 2003. Last month, her mother 20 year old Angela Zamora, pleaded guilty to criminally negligent homicide.
