Lamesa Theater Remains Running Thanks To Community - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Movie Land is a theater run by just two paid employees and 150 volunteers. In 2001, Girl Scout Troop 43 decided to renovate, reopen and run the theater as part of their Gold Award project. Since that time, the theater has turned into a community wide project.
