Women's Protective Services is hosting a festival celebrating music and benefits victims of Hurricane Katrina. The second annual Texas West Music Fest takes place at the intersection of Main Street and University Avenue. The all-day and all-night event includes entertainment, food and activities for everyone. Tickets are $12 at the gate.
