Tuesday morning Salvation Army will open it's doors to about 150 Katrina families still in Lubbock. Beginning at 9 a.m. survivors can stop by 1111 16th Street to pick up donated items.
Shoes, clothing, personal hygiene items, furniture, plates are just some of the items available to survivors. Salvation Army is also preparing for 600 Rita evacuees heading to Lubbock. You can help by sending donations to 1111 16th Street or by calling (806) 765-9434.
