Lubbock Deals Water to Cooper ISD - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

On Wednesday, the city council approved a resolution to sell water to Lubbock Cooper ISD. The district will create a pipe-line to get that water but design and financial plans are not final.

You'll recall, two years ago, Cooper water wells tested positive for excessive amounts of fluoride and the school has been looking for a permanent solution.

The water solution will be part of a school bond election next spring.
