South Plains Fair Opens - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Corn dogs, rides, and livestock...it all starts Friday night at the South Plains Fair.

Gates open from 10 a.m. to midnight this weekend and 1-11 p.m. on weekdays. Entertainment includes the Big Fun Circus, featuring the Elephant Show and Pork Chop Revue, Dierks Bentley in concert, a performance by Carrot Top and, of course, the Midway carnival rides.

Admission is $6 for anyone 13 and over. The fair runs through Saturday, October 1st.
