Peddler's Show Cancelled At Civic Center

The Civic Center in Downtown Lubbock is preparing to take in 300 evacuees if necessary. But, right now, the shelter is on standby.

Empty beds fill what once was the exhibit hall. Because of the shelter, the Peddler Show, scheduled for this weekend at the Civic Center, has been cancelled.

The Lubbock Symphony Concert scheduled for Friday and Saturday will continue as planned.
