Lubbock Woman Hit By Car

A Lubbock woman remains in serious condition at University Medical Center after she was hit by a car on Sunday.

Marquinta Westbrook was run over in the 1700 Block of East Dartmouth.

Lubbock Police say she and the driver of the car were arguing before the incident. The driver fled the scene, but has been identified. Charges have not been filed.
